Provisional draft · 2026-10-17-draft-1 · 17 October 2026

1. Status and operator

These are provisional business-to-business service terms for LetX. The operating legal entity, registered address, registration details and governing jurisdiction have not yet been confirmed. LetX is a product name, not a statement that a company has been incorporated. This draft is published for transparency and review; acknowledgement is not execution of a final service contract. A final agreement must identify the operator before commercial reliance.

2. Accounts and authority

Use accurate registration details and keep credentials secure. Organisation administrators manage authorised users, modules and access. Registration is subject to approval. You must have authority to submit information for your organisation; individual acknowledgement does not bind other users or grant additional access.

3. Service and commercial terms

The available functions depend on the organisation’s approved configuration, licence and connected services. Trials and access periods follow the settings communicated to your organisation. Charges, taxes, payment dates, renewal, cancellation and any service levels must be stated in a separate agreed order or final contract; no price or automatic renewal is established by this draft.

4. Your records and permitted use

You retain rights in records you lawfully provide and authorise their processing to deliver the requested service. Obtain lawful authority for personal information, photographs, HR records and third-party communications. Follow the Acceptable use policy. Do not use another organisation’s records without permission.

5. AI, automation and integrations

Review AI drafts, calculations, reports and outgoing communications before relying on them. Automations can act on saved changes and notify configured recipients. External services need separate permissions and may impose their own terms or costs. A connection label is not proof that a provider is authorised.

6. Availability, support and changes

Availability and specific outcomes are not guaranteed by this draft. Access may be restricted for security, misuse or expired access periods. Request support, cancellation or an export through the contact page. Final retention, exit assistance and notice arrangements require agreement; no unlimited retention is promised.

7. Liability and disputes

Nothing is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability limits, warranties, indemnities and dispute jurisdiction remain for legal review and final agreement; this draft does not invent a financial cap or a governing law.

8. Updates and contact

Material changes will require a new version and relevant acknowledgement or agreement. Optional marketing choices remain separate. Use the Contact page for legal enquiries while a dedicated legal contact and operator details are being confirmed.
