Acceptable use policy
Provisional draft · 2026-10-17-draft-1 · 17 October 2026
1. Lawful information
Upload only information and media you have authority to use. Respect confidentiality, data protection and intellectual-property rights. Do not upload malicious, unlawful, discriminatory or abusive content.
2. Account and organisation boundaries
Do not share credentials, impersonate others, bypass permissions, probe another organisation’s data or disrupt service. Administrators must remove access that is no longer needed and protect sensitive staff and customer information.
3. Communications
Send relevant, authorised messages to appropriate recipients. Do not send spam, deceptive messages or marketing without the required lawful choices. Tenant, client and assigned-team conversations must retain their applicable privacy boundaries.
4. Automation and AI
Check recipients, dates and trigger settings before enabling automation. Review AI drafts and reports. Do not use LetX to make solely automated significant decisions about individuals without appropriate lawful safeguards. Never present screening indicators as definitive safety or medical diagnoses.
5. Incidents
Report suspected misuse through Contact or platform support. Access may be restricted to protect records or investigate misuse, subject to applicable agreements and law. This policy is a provisional draft alongside the service terms.
