Cookies & storage notice
Provisional draft · 2026-10-17-draft-1 · 17 October 2026
1. Necessary storage
LetX uses browser storage and session mechanisms for sign-in, account state, security and operational continuity. These are needed to provide requested account functions. Signing out on one device does not automatically end sessions on other devices.
2. Preferences and local records
Appearance, selected views and certain module or demo settings may be saved on your device. Some operational records are held locally and synchronised for the signed-in organisation. Shared demo views and explicit demo sandboxes differ from real organisation records. Avoid clearing browser data before confirming that important records are saved.
3. Third-party services
Provider sign-in, maps and enabled integrations may use their own cookies or storage subject to their notices. Provider permission screens are separate from LetX acknowledgement. Hosting and service providers may also use necessary security mechanisms.
4. Optional tracking
No advertising or optional analytics consent is requested as part of service terms. Any future non-essential tracking must be inventoried and kept disabled until a separate lawful choice is collected. This provisional notice is not a completed inventory of hosting-level cookies.
5. Control
Browser settings let you inspect, block or remove storage, but blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or interrupt local records. Manage marketing in Notification settings and disconnect provider access through the relevant settings or provider. Request the confirmed cookie inventory through Contact.
