Integration permissions notice
Provisional draft · 2026-10-17-draft-1 · 17 October 2026
1. Separate authorisation
Acknowledge this notice before connecting a supported service, then review the provider’s permission screen. Only that provider grant authorises access. LetX legal acknowledgement, HQ setup requests and connected labels do not replace provider consent or organisation approval.
2. Outlook mailbox
The current Outlook connection requests identity access (openid, profile and email), continued access (offline_access), reading mail (Mail.Read) and sending mail (Mail.Send). This supports sending from your mailbox and matching incoming replies to records. Mailbox content may include sensitive information; connect only an account you are authorised to use.
3. Other services
Accounting, calendar, messaging, storage and other integrations require their own configured providers and scopes. Review the actual provider request and any fees before approval. An available menu item is not a promise that a connection is live.
4. Control and withdrawal
You can disconnect a supported connection and revoke access through the provider. Disconnecting prevents further authorised use of that connection but does not retract messages already sent or automatically delete lawfully saved records. Reconnection may require renewed provider permissions.
5. Organisation boundaries
Connections belong to the relevant user or organisation as configured; never connect another client’s service without its authority. Platform support permissions are separate, time-limited approvals and do not transfer provider ownership. Tokens must not be placed in messages or uploaded documents.
